In February of 2008, he spoke at the world's premier security conference, RSA, in San Francisco. While with the FBI, Tom participated in panels and made numerous presentations to audiences such as the IBM Security Directors Meeting (2003) in Tucson, AZ; the Commons User Group National Convention (2004) in Toronto, Canada; the FBI National InfraGard Agent Coordinators Conference (2005) in Orlando, FL; the Navajo Nation Information Technology Convention (2006) in Albuquerque, NM (2006), and the Association of Independent Research Institutes (2006) in Phoenix, AZ.
